Counting Studies
|
Why isn't there a
field for studies?
|
A studies field would
count the number of study sessions conducted each month.
That is not what is
recorded on the monthly report.
The number of people
that were studied with is recorded on the report. The number of people
studied with is different from the number of studies conducted.
|
How do I record studies?
|
There are a couple of ways. To find the current
screen in the app, click on the links below the images.
|
|
|
If you are recording a call for the first time,
you can mark the call as a study by selecting "Bible Study". This might
happen if someone transfers a study to you.

If you are recording a return visit, and the
call has become a study, the process is the same. Mark the call as a
study by selecting "Record as a Study".

What if I don't want to do that?
|
|
It isn't required. You can do it manually.
When you email a service report, the program will double check to make
sure it counted the correct number of studies.
You can over-ride the automatically counted value, or use what was
already counted.
|
How do I see how many studies are counted
during the month?
|
|
Go to the "Report" view.
Under RVs there is 2 numbers (if at least 1 study is counted). In this
example it is 11/1.
That means that there is 11 return visits and 1 study.
